Please can somebody just tell me that it's going to be okay... That someday soon I won't have to cry alone... That I'm wanted... That I'm loved... That I won't have to sleep alone anymore... Or cry myself to sleep... Can somebody just tell me that I'm not crazy... That it will get better... That I'm not as alone as I feel... That somebody cares about me... That someday I won't cut anymore... Or harm myself at all... Can somebody please just look after me while I'm falling apart... That I won't die alone... That I don't need to starve anymore... That I matter... That they miss me... Or that despite the tears and scars and all I'm still beautif

After a few months and a few events that have turned my life upside down and have changed me forever as well as my CBT ending, not that it worked very well, (I didn't trust her.) this note has been on my mind. I wrote it a while back. I need to let it out and tell someone in the hope that it will actually leave my mind. I am struggling with not relapsing. I am 19 and still dealing with depression. The following is just thoughts. I do not intend to act out such thoughts. Like I said, it is an expression in the hope to expel all feelings and to be able to keep suppressing in order to have functionality. Could be triggering. Make the decision
